Its getting better. My family is very upset...and that gets me down. Haven't had the courage to tell my Dad and stepmom yet. But I told a few at work who are THRILLED for us, and jealous at the location!
I'm glad to hear that it is getting better for you. I was excited for you about the call until I read that you were heartsick. We'll continue praying for you. We sure do miss y'all! ~Cam (the "mom" is from H's blog)
Congratulations! So excited that things are in motion. If I have learned anything in this new endeavor of mine, it's that nothing is forever. :-) You will adjust! What did they end up calling Baby Cousin?
Oh good. Close to me. I have a good friend who was raised in Miller, Ind. (the southern most tip if Lake Michigan)...I visit her every summer when she comes "home" from NYC to see her mother. Perhaps there can be a "meet-up" sometime.
I do hope all goes well and that you all are end up being very content. Let me know if I can help in anyway...
(oh, on the "horrible snob"....I presume you mean that, well, no way is N. Ind. like a sophisticated urban city. But there are some cool art communities in that area...)
(and Indianoplis has a great children's museum)
(and Chicago is only a short drive away, a few hours)...
Art Communities, yes. I read a great piece on an entire county down there somewhere in "Midwestern Living Magazine" (seriously). Also, "Baby McLean"? More details, please. Oh, and as a former Brooklyn Snob, believe me, you guys will be happy ... you will be YOU ... wherever you are!
