I've thought about having an ice cream shop for a while. Hours are long in the summer, short or non-existent in the winter. There's a hot dog place nearby that is closed all winter...it just reopened this week. So, the summer home will be a winter home I guess.

Ok, if you opened your own business, what would you do?...It is really nice to be one's own boss, but also takes discipline to maintain free time...
